- can have flexible teaching schedules that allow for part time contracts that work around other work schedules?
- have pathways for support towards getting hired full time, tenured and promoted?
This site is focused on rural and remote settings within TRU's catchment (Williams Lake, Barriere, Clearwater, Lillooet, Lytton, Ashcroft and 100 Mile) so recruiting and retaining instructors can be particularly difficult. This site is meant to help community members navigate the university/college environment and make your steps towards applying and maintaining a university contract a positive and successful experience!
